A week ago I went on a trip to the Peak District for a combined hike, camp and photography getaway. I’m writing it all up but am sadly quite busy at the moment and it is taking some time.
The key message though was that although I had to carry far too much equipment onto Kinder Scout, and then sleep out through some very interesting winds (at around midnight I had to get up and fully batten down the hatches!) and I awoke to a frozen tent… The reward was quite simply priceless:
Rocks make the most interesting subjects. Love the light and dark contrasts and the rolling forms that oddly mimic ocean waves
